The biggest thing that I’ve learnt when it comes to stepping away from a business that grows on its own is that you need a sales funnel. Regardless of what kind of business you have, everyone has some sort of sales funnel and if you can take your marketing and find ways to fine-tune it so you can constantly make income whether you're there or not, it is incredibly valuable.
So what is a sales funnel? Well, a sales funnel is a marketing system, it's the "ideal" process you intend your patients or customers to experience as they go from a prospective customer to a lead to a customer and then finally a repeat buyer.
